UGC UĞUR GÜRBÜZ CIVATA

UGC Uğur Gürbüz Cıvata AŞ was founded in 2001 by Uğur Gürbüz who served as the second generation in his family company for 19 years.

UGC has a production capacity of 12.000.000 pcs screws, bolts and fasteners per day in its modern integrated factory in İstanbul, Selimpaşa Ortaköy Industrial Zone with an indoor area of 10.000 m² and an outdoor area of 5000 m². There are approximately 350 state-of-art machines with automatic control systems in the production plant including presses and thread rollings, washer assembly, wire drawing machines, annealing furnaces, surface phosphating line heat treatment furnaces, and plating lines. UGC provides services mainly to the automotive, white goods, electrical & electronics, window, machinery, furniture, and glassware sectors. The quality certificates we hold are IATF 16949, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015

UTILITY MODEL

PVC window M7 Setting Screw, which is designed and production of UGC for use in dual opening systems, has been registered by the Turkish Patent Institute.
